I don’t believe in unicorns so I waste no time debating their existence. “Me thinks thou doth protest too much.” I find it interesting that some people would spend so much time and effort fighting and arguing against something that they don’t believe exists anyway. Doesn’t that seem to be a waste of valuable time …especially for those who believe that death is the end of all consciousness?

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” Why are these 6 words ignored by the courts and trampled on by ACLU lawyers? The framers of our Constitution saw the freedom to practice (or exercise) religion as the the very foundation of our country. So much so, that it was included in the 1st Amendment; not the 2nd, 4th or 8th, but the 1st. They understood that allowing people to freely practice their religion is paramount to a free society. The Pilgrims were willing to risk everything to create a new world, free from religious persecution, which was rapidly destroying Europe. Religious persecution and war have infected Europe since the dawn of religion, and nothing has changed. Read more…
